SR - ballots results

Isobel,

I announced that I was sending out ballots with the ending date.  I even
sent the ballots out to the addresses of all the Seneschals of the
Southern Region w/ a self addressed stamped envelope.  Both incoming and
outgoing Seneschal of your group new that this was coming.  If the
envelope had not reached the right person, either one should have
realized that this was going to happen and taken actions i.e. called me
or just made a copy from the last set or even from on line, and done the
voting.  The voting was not a secret and certainly wasn't short notice.  
	The time table was set up so that 20 days after the first dead line I
wouldn't still be getting the votes in as I was the last time.
