SR - Regional event proceeds

I had heard that they donated everything...then was told at our Tempio meeting
that this is not the case.  We talked about the possibility of donating all of
the profits to the kingdom, and the various groups agreed that if any of the
sponsoring groups wanted to give any of their money to the Kingdom, they can do
it.  Those who don't want to, won't.
