SR - Naming of the Southern Region

[Lee & Sosha]

Greetings!  
	Unto the populace of the Southern Region. The ballots have been counted
and these are the top five names: 1)Campoleone 2)Thornwald 3)Sibilla
4)Levgorod 5)none of the above.  The Crown has been petitioned for the
renaming of the Southern Region to Campoleone.  If this is acceptable to
them, it will be sent up for registration.  If Campoleone does not pass
we have three other names to be brought as well.
	Again I would like to thank Aethelyan, Duncan, and Daniel for their
help and humor in the counting of the ballots.
