I owe an apology to all who attended the "Court from Hell".  In the
invented charter for the "Distraction" contest, the purpose being to
distract the herald, I put in the name of a person that I dimly
remembered as having a sorta controversial reputation of some kind or
another.

Well.

I've now looked thru a few old saved message from the Ansteorran list,
especially one of Sir Kief's.  *wince* It appears I invoked an Evil
Name Of Power.

I am blushing for my gaffe, and offer my apologies to all attendees,
especially to Master Godwin (first to read the "charter"), Sir Kief,
and all members of the Chivalry present.  I especially loudly thank
Sir Kief for gently inducing me to substitute a harmless name at the
contest, instead of clocking me like he may have wished to do.  Kief
has always been gentle with me when I mumble around my shoe leather.
