ANST-Announce - Westgate Winter Collegium

Come one, come all!    Join us at the Westgate Winter Collegium, to be held
February 17th, 2001,
in southwest Houston for a day of classes and revelry on 'How To Do
Practically Anything in the SCA'.
The schedule currently includes classes in (subject to change):
Marshalling Armored, How to be a Court Herald
A full day on 'The Total Chirurgeon', after which you will be authorized as
an Apprentice Chirurgeon.
Being Someone's Champion, Care and Feeding of a Fighter,
What they didn't teach you about being a Seneschal,
Also Kingdom regional classes on being a Seneschal, Treasurer, Chronicler

Classes suggested looking for teachers:
Rapier Marshalling, Archers, Equestrian.
List Mistressing, Packing for War,
Event Stewarding, Budgetting for an event, Feeding a Crowd,
Research and Documentation, Running a Demo,
Being a Branch Historian, Period Attire for Fighters, How to make an
Inexpensive Day Pavillion,
and more.

If you are interested in presenting a class, please contact me soon, as
class space will be limited.
