SR - Classes for SR Festival

ACK!  choices.  I don't want to step on SR Youth Boffer's toes so
introductory Siege Weapons.
Plans for the class will be less than an hour, review the rules in Ansteorra
and the forthcoming rules from SCA to be in effect at next war.  Important
changes for ballistas!
