Currently, the Southern Regional Army is a concept, not a fact. It is
forming. It is being built. It consists of a loose confederation of
companies from the Southern Region that will have to mold, change, bend, or
whatever to become a single unit. Fancy names do not make an army. A fancy
name can proclaim an attribute or idea worth emulating, but it doesn't make
an army. At this time, the Southern Regional Army is untried. It has earned
no honorifics. I have faith that it will. How about letting it earn the
attributes you are trying to give it in advance? There is no hurry. Right
now, it is just a single line on the Kingdom Order of Battle list.
