SR - New SR Youth Rapier Marshal

Greetings All!
My name is Duncan MacConacher. I am the new Southern Regional Youth Rapier
Marshal.
My plan is to visit all of the groups in the SR soon (whether or not you
have young people in the
program) to see what is going on in your neck of the woods.
For those Youth Rapier Marshals operating in the SR, I would like to have
your reports not
later than the 5th of the month as I have to report by the 10th. This
includes negative reports
(i.e.: no activity). I will accept email or snail mail
