[Southern] Southern Regional Reeve

Hello everyone,

It is with a heavy heart that I announce that I must resign my position of
Southern Regional Reeve.  My life has become chaotic as of late, forcing me
to give my attention elsewhere.  I am unable to give the amount of time
needed that this position requires.  So, as of posting this message, consider
the position vacant, even though I will work the job until filled or January
1, 2003, which ever comes first.

If you are interested in becomming the Southern Regional Reeve and helping
the region/kingdom in this vital role, please contact Her Excellency, Kaytlen
