[Southern] Penannular pin (aka: site token) class at Loch Investiture

I've been requested to teach an 'impromptu' class on the Penannular pin that
Stargate used as a site token a few events back.  This is an adapted version
of the larger styles worn on Celtic men's cloaks.

The class will be held 1pm-ish, under the large permanent pavilion.  Metal
will be supplied, but if you have round or flat-nose plyers, please bring
them.  If there is time, we may also play with fibula's.
