[Southern] Regional Rapier Practice in Ffynnon Gath

In answer to some questions I have received off list:

We will have Youth Rapier marshals in attendence, authorizing marshals for 
both Youth and Adult rapier, and a drop tester for anyone who would like 
to have their armor tested. Bryn Gwlad's rapier marshal will be there with 
some loaner gear.

(Note: Although you must be 18 year or older to do Adult rapier, it is NOT 
a sort of fencing done while naked.)
