[Southern] New Herald's Warranting Class Coming

Greetings.  Orbis Herald here...

I'm looking into doing another warranting class around the second
weekend of October.  I need to know if anyone out there is interested
in taking this class.  Those who wish to do so should respond by
private email to "rapierman at yahoo.com" to give me an idea of how many
to expect.  A location and exact time will be announced later if there
is interest.
