[Southern] Gulf Wars Registration and Land Reservations

  I am the co-ordinator for the camp for Ffynnon Gath.  The Amazon Household and Rhoad are not requesting land for camping.  We are all camping as The Shire of Ffynnon Gath.  I emailed Honor a while back and asked her to change any Amazon/Rhoad camp requests she received to read Ffynnon Gath and she graciously agreed to do so.
   
  I will email you all of the information as soon as the pre-registration closes.

Online registration for Gulf Wars ends this Friday, February 15. If you have 
not registered by this time you can only register on site and you can not 
reserve land. You will be placed in the Ansteorra general camping area and 
not with your friends.

On the registration form there is a line for "Group Camping With". For those 
new to the process, land in Ansteorra is allocated based on camping groups. 
These are usually your local shire or barony or a household. Please fill in 
this line with the group you intend to camp with. If you are not sure, put 
your shire or barony.

If you are camping with a group in the Southern Region you will also need to 
reserve your land space by sending me email (if your group has their own 
coordinator you may send it to them who will send it to me). This includes 
any households who reserve land through Southern Region, in particular 
Amazons and Kiersted.

Send me the following information:

SCA and MUNDANE name of each person you registered
AGE of each person under 18
The DAY each person will arrive at Gulf Wars
Confirmation number you received when you registered (if available)

Also, as a courtesy, please include the dimensions of all tent(s) you plan to 
bring, including tent ropes.
