[Southern] Rapier War Practice in two weeks

The Sunday after Candlemas, Bryn Glwad will be hosting a Rapier Melee
War Practice.  The more people show up the better the practice will
be, so plan on showing up and bring your friends ;-}  There will also
be authorizing marshals available for those that need them.  Check
your cards as the first round of green cards are starting to expire.

Melees will be fought according to Gulf War rules (i.e. front 180).

Where: Bryn Gwlad's Tuesday practice site
When: Sunday, 8 Feb starting at 11 A.M.
