[Stargate] Stargate Web site updates

Greetings:

Today I updated Stargate's Web site <http://stargate.ansteorra.org/> to reflect
the change in the Seneschal's office. I also took out the link to the stuff
about the Coronets, as that isn't really "what's new" any more. If you've
visited the site recently, you may have to click the "Refresh" button in your
browser to see the changes.

However, although I create and maintain this Web site, it isn't *mine*... it's
*yours*. If any of you see something that needs changing, please let me know.
I'll try to keep up with things I know about, like officer changes and the event
calendar, but the best way for the site to stay current and interesting is if we
all take responsibility for it.
