[Stargate] Stargate Yule A&S competition

There will be both a Novice A&S and a Children's A&S
competition.

A novice artisan is someone who has never displayed or
competed or has done so once, maybe twice, before. All
categories are welcome, and you may
enter up to three
items in the Novice A&S. Documentation is not required, but
you
will need to know
enough about your project(s) to give a brief description
of its history and
how you made it in order to fill out the entry forms.

There will be both a Populace Favorite (beads in a can)
and a Judges
Favorite - two winners, two prize baskets.

Laurels, experienced artisans, peers, nobles and royals,
please bring
largesse to reward and encourage these novice artisans!
