[Stargate] Stargate Motto

[Paul Haines]

Due to my late notice, I will be extending the motto polling to March
Populace as well.  I'd prefer to keep the polling at populace, but for those
of you who *can't* make it, please email me privately, and I will send you
the choices so you can pick yours and send it back to me.
