The meeting begins to assemble around 7 pm. From
7-7:30 is a time for meeting offline with officers
(such as to renew a subscription to the Two Towers) or
to speak with the Seneschal about getting on the
agenda. The meeting is called to order around 7:30 pm.
Those are *actual* times. Caitlin is great about
starting meetings on time, and keeping them moving so
we can all eat at a reasonable time! :-)

Speaking of eating: some folks like to get there
early, and eat before the meeting. Some like to eat
afterwards. There's no requirement to eat if all you
want to do is attend the meeting and visit with your
friends. Ryan's is pretty casual about it (or has been
so far).
