[Stargate] Heraldic consultation & fiber arts guild meeting for September

Greetings all!

 

As Stargate’s herald I am hosting a monthly heraldic consultation session at
my home on the third Wednesday of the month.  Also, the Gates Edge fiber
arts guild will be meeting at my home at that same time.  If you have
projects, please bring them.  While Mattias is on hiatus from the Gates Edge
herald’s office to take care of his new family, Snorri will be filling in
for him and will be hosting heraldic consultation for Gates Edge in
conjunction with Stargate’s session.

 

Since there’s so much going on, Snorri and I are also hosting a potluck
dinner each month!  Bring your favorite side dishes, desserts and drinks and
we’ll provide the burgers and hot dogs for the grill.  If you have something
special you want us to grill, just bring it along.  Just be sure to let us
know you’re coming over for the potluck by the preceding Monday evening so
that we’re sure to have enough to go around.

 

Folks are welcome to start showing up at our place at 6:30 pm, the potluck
will start at 7:00, and the consultations and guild meeting will get going
around 7:30.  If there’s no consultation to be had, that’s fine too – we’ll
just pop in a DVD or pull out a board game and turn the evening into a
social occasion.  We’ll start kicking folks out around 10:00 or so.

 

Allergy sufferers, please note: we have five cats, but there is a cat-free
zone.

appointment for a different consultation time (always available by request)

snorri at houston.rr.com, or call 281-877-0357 before 10:00 pm.

 

Our next meeting is Wednesday, September 15, and this time we have no
special agenda.  Come over and we’ll do consultations and fiber arts and
what ever else strikes our fancies!  Hope to see you here!
