Greetings all!

 

As Stargate’s herald I am hosting a monthly heraldic consultation session at
my home on the third Wednesday of the month.  Also, the Gates Edge fiber
arts guild will be meeting at my home at that same time.  If you have
projects, please bring them.  (Gates Edge folks, you can come and have
consultation done as well, just be sure you get your forms over to Mattias
for submission!)

 

Since there’s so much going on, Snorri and I are also hosting a potluck
dinner each month!  Bring your favorite side dishes, desserts and drinks and
we’ll provide the burgers and hot dogs for the grill.  If you have something
special you want us to grill, just bring it along.  Just be sure to let us
know you’re coming over for the potluck so that we’re sure to have enough to
go around.

 

Folks are welcome to start showing up at our place at 6:30 pm, the potluck
will start at 7:00, and the consultations and guild meeting will get going
around 7:30.  If there’s no consultation to be had, that’s fine too – we’ll
just pop in a DVD or pull out a board game and turn the evening into a
social occasion.  We’ll start kicking folks out around 10:00 or so.

 

Allergy sufferers, please note: we have five cats, but there is a cat-free
zone.

 

To RSVP for the potluck dinner, get directions, ask questions, make an
appointment for a different consultation time (always available by request)
or otherwise contact us, please reply off-list to groa at houston.rr.com or
snorri at houston.rr.com, or call 281-877-0357 before 10:00 pm.

 

Our next meeting is Wednesday, September 15 – that’s TOMORROW evening.
(Sorry for the late reminder, folks; if you can’t make this meeting, we’ll
