[Stargate] Populace Polling for New Baron and Baroness

Greetings unto the Populace of Stargate and Westgate,
 
This is a reminder that the Populace Polling for Baron and Baroness of
Stargate will be conducted at the next Populace meeting.  The meeting will
be held on Monday February 7th at the Ryan's Steak House and Buffet on 34th
and US-290 at 7:30 pm.  All paid members of the SCA that live within the
borders of Stargate or Westgate will be allowed to state their preference
for the next Baron and Baroness.
 
If you are not a member or do not live in one of these zip codes, you are
still welcome to come to the meeting and state your preference.  However,
the preference of the paid members of the Barony and Canton will have more
weight when the Crown considers the poll results.
 
Please remember that this is just a poll, not a vote.  The results for this
poll will only be known to the Crown and the Kingdom Seneschal.  The final
decision will be up to the Crown.
