[Stargate] Stargate Baronial planning meeting

Ladies and Gentlemen,
In preparation for Stargate Baronial, we will be having a planning meeting at TE Godwin & Lissa's house on Monday, January 17 at 7pm.  All coordinators are asked to attend.  If any of you can't attend, please let me know asap so I can get in touch with you.  Also, the outgoing Baronial champions (archery, chivalric, equestrian, rapier, youth rapier) are encouraged to attend.
