[Stargate] Stargate Yule planning meeting

Greetings to all

We would like to announce a Stargate Yule planning
meeting for Monday, Nov.7th at 6:30pm (before the
populace meeting) at Ryan's steakhouse. If all the
coordinators would join us or contact with us with
updates that would be great. Also anyone who would
like to help with Stargate Yule, please join us.
Newcomers to Stargate are most welcome. 

There is much to do and only about a month left to do
it so join us in making this Yule a fun celebration to
remember.
