[Stargate] Submissions for March Two Towers

Greetings,

Just your reminder if you are going to submit anything for the
March Two Towers, you need to get it in before the 19th. Any submissions
received after the 19th will be saved for April, unless the permission to
publish only says March.

Please make sure you include a permission to publish release if it is
anything other then an officer report.
