[Stargate] newsletter

Actually the Chronicler of Stargate does produce a newsletter and you
can get a printed copy at the Populace meeting.  I believe that it was
also mentioned that if desired, you could have one mailed to you.  So
few people subscribed to the Two Towers, that the officers determined it
wasn't worth the effort to print copies which were mostly swapped with
other baronies.  Most of us read the newsletter online anyway.
