Perhaps the informal time for individual business could be from 6:30-7, then start the formal
meeting at 7pm with another 1/2 hour at the end of the meeting for folks who still have a bit of
business to do between them. I know a lot of folks came in (late) during the first half-hour in
the past, but that doesn't mean that will still occur now several years later.  Maybe by
announcing that the meeting begins at 6:30 will give us enough pad-time that most folks will
actually be there by 7pm.
