If you want two parties, Ihon had already come up with a method.  The 
example he told me was something like:

Suppose a couple gets married in 2000 and to celebrate they hold a 
tournament.  Every year on their anniversary they hold another 
tournament.  In 2035, they celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary, but 
it's the 36th annual tourney.  So they can celebrate "35" in 2034 *and* 
2035.

So, if we add in the anniversary of having a baron does that mean we get 
*three* parties?
