[Stargate] Yule Revel bid

I will not be submitting a bid for Yule Revel this year.  The sites I 
had intended to use didnt' work out.  Thank you to all who made site 
suggestions.  I spent some time looking at alternate sites, but was not 
able to find one in time for the March 5th bid deadline.  Since I know 
there is at least one other bid, the barony will not be lacking for a 
Yule this year.
