you may wish to create a vinyl  banner for this as it will hold up better at
outdoor events when used on a fairly regular basis such as your talking
about.    A banner like that in white with black lettering and artwork is
far cheaper than if you had to run it full color.   check with your local
print shop for pricing.  It should  run about $100 - $150
