[Stargate] Business Meeting & Tower Watch Dogs

I won't be able to make Officers' tonight, as my PMP training course 
starts today.  I have asked Brenna to take a check to give Leofwine, 
which is the profit the Tower Watch generated from the hot dog sale at 
Coronation.  I'm very pleased to report that the Watch raised $204.10 
(after expenses).

I would like to give special thanks to Gwen, Dietrich, Thomas, and 
Alisone for working the lunch, as well as thanks to everyone who came 
out and bought a Tower Watch Dog lunch to support the Stargate Tower Watch.
