Greetings,
   Please join me in welcoming HE Gwendolen McIver into the office of
Historian of the Barony of Stargate.  She has some big shoes to fill as
Mistress Annes has done a superb job, but I know that she will continue to
work at the high level that Mistress Annes has set for this office.  Thanks
to Mistress Annes for her hard work and I ask that everyone support Her
Excellency in fulfilling this office.
