[Stargate] Ike and the like

Gwen and I are OK.  Power was off from 3:15 am Saturday until it just now came back on!  (Yippee!!!).  We lost running water when the electricity went out.  We still don't have any running water, but that will probably be back up once the pump builds up enough pressure.  (We hope!)  We lost a section of our back fence, but, since that one is a subdivision boundary, we are hoping the developer will repair it.  All in all, we are relatively unscathed, except for nerves, and an uncomfortable night downstairs last night on the couch, which was the coolest spot in the house.

Brenna, the girls, and I are fine. (richmond area)   We didn't take any
damage during the storm.  Only small branches.  Even my half leaning fence
didn't fall, which is surprising since several of my neighbors fences did
fall, and they where in better shape.

We currently have no power, though a lot of areas around us do, so we are
hoping to be back up soon.  We are currently operating off a generator.
Cell phone coverage has  been spotty, and no internet connection till this
morning, when my aircard was finally able to get a good signal.
