[Stargate] Site Set Up On Friday

     We will be on site at approximately 12 PM, to begin setting up the
archery range and our own camp.

     Just a helpful reminder, the Tavern crew might consider bringing
another source of light as sadly, vandals have damaged the light fixture
above the usual cooking area and the light is really dim.  Sometimes, we
have been offered feast from a buffet line in that area and can't even see
the food until we carry it back to our tables and use the candlelight there.

Thank you to Sir Godwin passing on this request for me. I have also joined
the local mailing lists as my lady and I are unsure when we will be able to
return to our home in Aethelmearc. Just a bunch of reasons and nothing bad
fortunately. We wished to meet and visit our Ansteorran cousins while we are
down here.

If any can help us get to either the event on Saturday or to the local
practice on Tuesday it would be greatly appreciated as our current car isn't
capable of driving for very far or long due to transmission problems. Please
reply offlist though so as not to tie up your local bandwidth.

My plan is to be at the site about 4:00.  I will be picking up things from
the storeroom between 2:30 and 3:00.

I'll be on-site no later than 4:00 pm on Friday to make sure Gate is ready
to open as scheduled at 5:00 pm. If at all possible, I will be there earlier
to help with other set-up activities.

As Gate Coordinator for the 30th Anniversary of the White Scarf at Conflict
at the Faire, which is this weekend, April 17-19, at Camp Camwood, I have an
opportunity for friendly people.

I still have the following openings available for people who would like to
sit gate:

Friday, April 17th
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Saturday, April 18th
7:00 am - 9:00 am
9:00 am - 11:00 am
11:00 am - 1:00 pm
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

I only need one more person per shift, so please let me know which shift you
would prefer.
