[Stargate] Stargate has a new Herald!

Please join me in welcoming Lord Bernard ben Moshe ha Kohane to his new office as Local Herald for the Barony of the Stargate!  He has studied heraldic terminology for several years, can read Spanish, and has an elementary knowledge of French and German.  I'm sure he will make a strong contribution to the College of Heralds for years to come.  Congratulations, Lord Bernard!
