[Stargate] BAM Hospitality set-up, serving, clean-up

Greetings all

We have no formal schedule forwho will help with set-up, serving, or
clean-up.  We'd like to set-up about 9 am and be ready to serve between
11-12 noon.  Please check by if you can and lend a hand.  If you have a
preference, feel free to email me off list.
