[Stargate] Hospitality At BAM

I am willing to bring along some raw almonds or peanuts or pretzels for the
Hospitality pavilion at BAM.  Would you also like me to bring along a box of
trash bags for all the used paper goods?

You said in a previous email:

This looks like a fine group of people to camp with. Hopefully, Thorgard and
I will be able to get out there Friday night. I have been urging him to be
sure to get that weekend off but he is still not sure that he will get the
time off. His bosses are being very waffel like in making a decision.

To me, camping with a group is more than just having a bunch of tents set up
together. It means that we do some things together within the camp. If
Thorgard and I make it, we will bring our beautiful iron brazier so that we
can have a fire in camp that we can sit around in the evening and enjoy each
others company. Will we have a central pop up in camp where we all may
gather? If no one has thought of this, we have one for the list field and a
second one we could put up in camp for the use of everyone.

I would also like to see organized breakfasts for Saturday and Sunday
morning. I really hate to get up in the morning to no coffee and no hot
breakfast. I also really hate to be cooking and eating in the same area
where maybe others are not either through lack of foresight (have I ever
gotten to an event and realized I left the food at home? Nawwww...) or lack
of funds. My problem is that until I know for sure that Thorgard has the
time off, I am not sure that I will even make the event.
Would the rest of the folk so named like to coordinate a breakfast for
Saturday and Sunday morning? Then if we **can** come, we will bring "good
food stuff" to share with the rest?
What say you?
