[Stargate] Now Accepting Applications for MOAS

Good Gentles All,

This is just to let you all know that my warrant as Minister of Arts and
Sciences for the Barony will be up in February, and therefore we will be
accepting applications for my replacement.  Those wishing to apply should
send applications to the Coastal Regional MOAS, with copies to Their
Excellencies Stargate, the Senechal, and myself.
