[Stargate] dates for Bayou City Art Festival - March 26-28th

Could we not simply hold it in a different park this month?  There are plenty in the city from which to choose.  My suggestion would be the one next to The Menil in midtown, or even Hermann park.  Both have plenty of space and parking, and offer a fairly high level of public visibility (yay, recruitment!).  Just a thought.
