[Stargate] ISO Creator of artwork for baronial heraldic device

Thanks for that history, Hillary, but I definitively identify that as
the creative work of Scott Mills (Eadric Anstappa). I was Chronicler
when I solicited new, original artwork for the barony, and offered a
reward for the best one. Eadric's was the best, in my opinion (and
since I was picking, my opinion is the one that mattered at the time
:P).

My old Chronicler files are currently packed up (along with almost
everything else we own), but once we're moved and have a chance to
unpack I will dig them out and see if I can find the "right to use"
form that Eadric submitted at the time.
