Hmmmm good idea, Hillary.  Maybe I'll make some Pizzelles on Sunday and bring them to the meeting on Monday night.  That should work.  What flavors?  Vanilla and Chocolate are probably the best.  They would be recognizable.

It occurs to me that some of you fellows won't be at the GW site till after the 
Tuesday 10am Opening Ceremonies.  

As such, perhaps you can bring your non-perishable foods to Stargate Populace to 
give to those of us who will be at site on Tuesday. 

Else, perhaps some coin passed along to help purchase some sweets at the local 
area markets.

After seeing what other baronies would be bringing, we have offered to
provide sweets for Gulf Wars hospitality following opening ceremonies.
Please let us know if you are willing to provide a tray or two of your
favorite finger-food desert.  Also, we need two people to 'person the table
while we're participating in opening ceremonies.  Volunteers?
