[Stargate] BAM soup kitchen volume

I know we discussed having publicity to let folks know about the soup kitchen, which we did this year.  
I hear that the populace showed up to be served, before the battle had ended, so the fighters ended up coming in second and had less food available. 
 
Maybe we need to post a split timing for serving: 
11:30 - 12:30 p - fighters and battle support first
12:30 p - 1:30 p - general populace next
