[Stargate] Stargate Yule HELP !!!

As many of you heard the other night at the populace meeting, Yule is fast upon us. I have been graciously given the pleasure of coordinating activities at Yule for the barony. But, I cannot do this alone. I need your help. There are certain roles that I am in need of your help with. These roles are:
 
1. Gate steward and shift workers
2. Yule Setup - moving tables and chairs, etc. 
3. Decoration of the hall (We have some supplies) - hanging stuff and making a modern facility look somewhat period. Also, this can include helping make site tokens. 
4. Feast servers
5. Clean up - putting it all back so we can use the site again in the future.
