[Stargate] Announcements from Populace!

Greetings unto the Barony of Stargate!

Populace was held Monday September 12, 2011.  For those of you unable to
attend here is a recap of some important announcements:

1.  Attention all FIGHTERS:  If you are not attending Three Kings and would
like something fun to do that weekend, the Knights of Columbus need
you....to be a target!  The Boy Scouts are building catapults.  They are
raising money by charging households to remove and "fling" their used
jack-o-lanterns.  Here's where you come in...they would like for some of our
fighters in armor to either stand behind their shields or play "dodge the
pumpkin" to make the jack-o-lantern fling more interesting.  If you are
interested in participating please contact Ben Findley @ 325-338-9846.  If
you participate, please try to get some pictures!

2.  STARGATE HOSPITALITY AT BAM IS A GO!  Her Excellency Isabeau attended
our last populace and announced that she and His Excllency Ihon would be
pleased to sponsor and run the BAM hopitality tent.  The budget is very
small for this activity.  A minimum of five soups are needed.  Each soup
should serve approximately 40 people.  Those preparing soups must provide
their own cooker and utensils.  We also need volunteers to prepare
cornbread, desserts, and drinks.  If you are intersted in participating

3.  STARGATE YULE:  Hywel Penbras m/k/a Jeff Evans has stepped up to be our
Yule Autocrat.  This is his first event to autocrat in a long time, so
please everyone that can step forward and volunteer to assist him.  We are
currently looking for a site that has both a hall and a location to run a
