[Stargate] Rapier Report

No going to be in town for populace:
We had one practice in November, 4 fighters including one new fighter.
Thanksgiving holiday kept us from having a second practice.

December:
Second Sunday is next weekend, I will but just getting back into town that
day.  Unless someone else can run practice, I will need to cancel it,

Fourth Sunday is the Sunday before Christmas. While I am willing, I have a
feeling not many will be available for practice. I will post later in the
month to gage interest.
