[Stargate] Thursday night practice

Greetings Stargate Chiv. Fighters (and any one else who wants to come hang out with us)!

Let's honor Thor this Thursday, put on armor and hit each other with sticks!

7:00, in Hermann Park, behind Miller Outdoor Theater (look for my green & yellow shield - and the guys in armor).

We had a great turn-out last week, and I'm looking forward to seeing at least as many people out this week, especially with Lochtoberfest this coming weekend, and BAM around the corner.

We will work on foot work, reaching through a shot/follow-through, fighting from the ground, and maybe practice some Lochtober-ball.  ; p
