To add to what Brenna said, if you also go to the Kingdom Website, to the Calendar page at: 
http://calendar.ansteorra.org/
There are a few paragraphs of info on how to add links to the calendar and what is required, 
also, specifically the contact info for the Calendar Admin, as Brenna mentioned.   
So, if you forget the address of the Calendar Deputy, just look at the Calendar page itself, 
all the info is there.
