[Stargate] TRF Advertisement

How soon do they need a reply? That level of expense would need discussion with the populace as well as our neighbors.
New topic- the presentation at the Medical Mueseum thing on March 20(?), if folks did want to attend do we have any idea what would be wanted of them?
