[Stargate] OT - Butcher in the Houston Area

I don't know anything about them, but the website says they process hogs. They are in Montgomery, not Houston ,though- Fleming's Wild Game Processing. 936-447-1940.

My Dad and brother are going hog hunting soon.  I'm getting the meat and need a local butcher who can make the all the cuts of meat for me.  Can anybody recommend a local butcher?
