I saw a Shrine Temple building located at Beltway 8 @ Harwin that may have a space that you require. Also, look online for halls where quinceanearas (15th birthday celebrations) or bodas (weddings) take place. Also, maybe a dance studio might rent you the space on dates there are no classes.
