[Stargate] Gatesedge fighter practice is cancelled

My apologies for this late posting. We announced this at the Gatesedge
populace meeting. I forgot until just this moment that I needed to get the
word out. Mea Culpa.
Due to the War College being held at the Stones of Ravensfort this weekend,
the 3rd Sunday of the Month Gatesedge Fighter Practice is CANCELLED.
